Holla people,

Everyone loves food. It is probably the one thing that connects everyone everywhere. We all enjoy a good bite. Don’t we? Lipsmacking delicacies are an inevitable part of our lives.

But before I get into blogging, I would like to share with you so as to why I am here today. I believe in indulging in the simple pleasures of life and food is one of them. For me FOOD is not just a basic necessity. It’s a passion. I love anything and everything that has to do with food. From eating delicious meals, trying new foods, trying my hand at cooking at times, watching Food TV, exploring new restaurants, reading food magazines I love it all.

Food in every way is intertwined with our daily lives. Eating is not about gaining weight. It’s all about eating healthy. As much as I love street food, I also savour healthy food.

Since I come from a Bengali Family, the daily meals l have are quintessential bengali dishes ranging from “Maacher jhol”(Fish curry), “Maacher Paturi” (Fish steamed in banana leaves), “Aloo posto”, “Kosha mangsho”(A mutton dish), “Mishti Doi” and countless others.

The blogs I write in future will focus on different aspects of food. Ranging from street food, Bengali Food, restaurant and food reviews, eating healthy, the pocket friendly places and different cuisines, I will try and feature as much as I can.
